Dalinsia Snowhunter. She will be your best companion, but she is a one handed specialist so for best results give her any one handed weapon. Many thralls are specialized for the attack type of the weapon they use. One handed, two handed, bow, etc. They bug-out less if they have their favorite weapon.

Personally, I find the thralls to be the best thing there. Find a camp with sorcerers you can farm nearby a caravan and get to cracking skulls. There's I think 4 combat thralls and 6 workers (one is a male dancer) you can get, and they're all T4, including the fabled Dalinsia Snowhunter. And it's quicker than waiting for the Merry-go-round!Saddles now (July, 2020) have stats listed on their inventory page that affect Sprinting Endurance Cost and Endurance Damage Multiplier. I tried a level 19 Dalinsia with a current-game Yog and a mix of silent legion/cim. armor, which put her around 1k armor. She's gotten pretty decent stat upgrades and only positive perks. She has 7.8k HP and probably 40 Str, including bonuses. I tried two tests, and had to shift-delete the Champ both times because Dalinsia was going to lose.
