Honestly the reason it feels so bad IS because of the aoe reduction. The whole point of omnivamp was to give ad and ap casters a way to sustain through abilities like old spell vamp, but also through auto attacks. The problem is that because of the 33% reduction, omnivamp's target audience really don't care for it.
