Peterbilt 379 turn signal not working.

I have a 1995 Chevy Silverado 1500 5.0 motor will go in 1st and 2nd gear but not in drive Was driving down highway and was fine. Then just stopped pulling. Was like had put up in neutral. That's what leads me to believe the sensor is junk. You may have a gauge not reading correctly. The fan should engage around 205, and the light at 208-210. actually, it’s the windshield wipers that’s giving me trouble. When I turn them on low constant, they sometimes work, sometimes work and then start working on delay. High is fine. Delay is fine. It’s just constant low it does this. Also, when I push the end in to use the wash pump, I have to push really hard.

Yes i used to do the exact same thing pluggng a folded piece of paper under so it would make the right signal work. But after a while it didnt do the trick. Whats weird is when i bobtail, all the lights and signals work, except the right signal goes fast. I think the next order is to swap out the plugs.
