I'm currently playing through Infernum with summoner as well, I'd say the hardest bosses for me were Cryogen, Profaned Goddess, Astrogeledon (Catalyst) and now Polterghast which I cannot get past. Didn't have any trouble with Skeletron tho, I believe I did that first try actually. Edit: Destroyer was kinda a pain in my ass as well.
