Got the same problem but other way around, I have gotten like 2x of each basic and advanced and like 30x expert tools, I want to outfit every mechanic in the zone. Alternatively for expert tools, you can do the quest for snitch to kill the top ten stalkers in the zone and you can save scum his quest reward if you don’t want to spend 5 hours finding them.
