Personally I find Via a lot more comfortable, and the switch from the regular train to the UP express is pretty easy. The train can get delayed, but in my experience the bus is usually more prone to traffic delays. Also, if you do go with Via, book on a Tuesday to get the significantly discounted Escape fair.
